(PSSTA)
Payment of Pre-shipment storage and transportation.
Filling of Pre-contract forms and supporting documents eg. Letter of
comfort, Power of Attorney etc
Signing of contract with refinery
All Shipment documentation processes completed
Shipments begin
Payment within 48 hours when product is handed over at destination
